Abstract: Low back pain (LBP) is one of the common clinical symptoms in waist diseases. The research on the analgesia of low back pain by Chinese manipulation has made good achievements in recent years， providing a basis for studying the analgesic mechanism of Chinese manipulation treatment of low back pain and exploring scientific research methods. Currently， several animal models have been applied to low back pain research，mainly including neuropathic pain and chronic inflammation pain such as CCD， SNL， ELFS， and adjuvant injection model.The author compared and analyzed four animal models of low back pain， and summarized the characteristics of the modeling methods and clinical application， in order to provide reference for future experimental research.
