温运颗粒对婴幼儿脾虚泻粪便短链脂肪酸的代谢调控

Metabolic Regulation of Wenyun Granules on Fecal Short Chain Fatty Acids in Infants with Spleen-Deficiency Diarrhea

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨温运颗粒对婴幼儿脾虚泻粪便短链脂肪酸的调控情况。方法 以30例脾虚泻患儿为腹泻组,30例健康儿作为对照组,以粪便为样本,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)的代谢组学方法,对粪便中的短链脂肪酸进行鉴定分析。结果 与对照组比较,脾虚泻患儿粪便中的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、异丁酸、戊酸、异戊酸呈明显降低趋势;温运颗粒能显著提高患儿粪便中丁酸、异丁酸、异戊酸水平。结论 温运颗粒可能通过调节短链脂肪酸进而调节肠道菌群平衡、改善肠道内环境。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the metabolic characteristics of short chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in feces of infants with spleen-deficiency diarrhea. METHODS 30 children with spleen-deficiency diarrhea were selected as the diarrhea group and 30 healthy children were chosen as the control group. The short chain fatty acids in the feces were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). RESULTS Compared with the control group, the levels of acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid, isobutyric acid, valeric acid and isovaleric acid in the feces of children with spleen-deficiency diarrhea were significantly decreased. Wenyun granules significantly increased the levels of butyric acid, isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid in the feces of children with spleen-deficiency diarrhea. CONCLUSION Wenyun granules may regulate the balance of intestinal flora and improve the intestinal environment by regulating short chain fatty acids.
