中药饮片产业链质量控制标准进程与展望

Process and Prospect of Quality Control Standards for the Production of Chinese Herbal Pieces

  • 摘要: 中药饮片是中医临床治疗疾病的处方药,其质量优劣直接影响临床疗效。但目前中药材的种子种苗、种植、采收加工、饮片炮制等相关技术规范及质量控制标准尚不完善,中药饮片掺伪、非法染色、非法增质量、硫磺熏蒸过度等问题屡见不鲜,影响了中药饮片产业的健康发展。以上问题的解决应基于中药饮片全产业链质量控制,从中药饮片的源头出发,构建中药材种子种苗、种植、采收加工和饮片炮制等系列标准规范。同时,围绕中药饮片炮制特色,研究中药饮片质量识别关键技术,制定体现中药饮片炮制特色的质量标准,建立中药饮片全产业链的质量控制标准体系。

     

    Abstract: Chinese herbal pieces are the prescription drug for the clinical treatment of diseases. Their qualities affect the clinical effects directly. However, at present, there is a lack of relevant technical specifications and quality control indicators in the seeds and seedling, planting, harvesting and processing, which leads to the problems such as adulteration, illegal staining, illegal weight gain and excessive sulfur fumigation of TCM decoction pieces. These problems have caused serious obstacles to the healthy development of TCM decoction pieces industry. In order to solve the problems, we should start from the origin of TCM decoction pieces, establishing serial standard specifications on medicinal herbs seeds and seedling, planting, harvesting and processing standards based on Chinese herbal pieces quality control in the whole industry chain. At the same time, we need to do research on the key technologies of quality identification and establish a quality standard system embodying the quality characteristics based on the characteristics of TCM decoction pieces and form a quality control standard system for the whole industrial chain of Chinese herbal pieces.
