中药制药废水膜法处理的“零排放”技术方案及其实现途径探讨

Discussion on Technical Scheme and Realization Approaches with Membrane Technology Treatment for Zero Discharge of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Wastewater

  • 摘要: 解决水污染、确保水安全已经成为关系国家长治久安的大事。工业废水是重要的水污染源,所引发的水安全问题业已成为关系民生福祉的敏感问题。已有研究表明,中药制药废水是极难处理的工业废水之一,然而,由于中药制药行业长期处于制药行业中相对落后的状态,关注度较低、新技术使用率低,其废水处理沿用化学制药、微生物制药的方法,针对中药制药废水特征的专属性治理技术缺失导致废水处理效率较低,废水是否可以如期达标排放一直是困扰我国民族医药企业可持续发展的难题。因此,在我国经济结构逐步调整为以产业绿色发展为主体的大背景下,寻找有效方法与路径,对中药制药废水进行有效降解和无害化处理显得尤为重要。总结了中药制药废水处理中存在的技术问题,并结合中药制药废水膜法处理研究中的应用实践,提出膜法“零排放”技术方案及其实现路径,以期为中药制药废水的高效处理提供新的解决策略,服务于水污染治理。

     

    Abstract: To solve water pollution and ensure water safety has become a major issue related to the long-term stability of the country. Industrial wastewater is a major source of water pollution and has become a sensitive issue related to people's well-being. It has been demonstrated that Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater is one of the most difficult industrial wastewater to be treated. However, the Chinese medicine pharmaceutical industry has been in a relatively backward state in the pharmaceutical industry for a long time, with low attention and low utilization rate of new technologies. Its wastewater treatment follows the treatment methods of chemical pharmacy and microbial pharmacy. The lack of specific treatment technology for the characteristics of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater leads to the low efficiency of wastewater treatment. Whether the wastewater can be discharged as scheduled has always been a difficult problem for the development of national pharmaceutical enterprises in China. Therefore, under the background that China's economic structure has been gradually adjusted to take the green development of the industry as the main body, it is particularly important to find effective methods and paths for the effective degradation and harmless treatment of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater. In this paper, the technical problems existing in the treatment of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater were summarized, the realization path of "zero discharge" and the solution for the efficient treatment of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater were put forward, combining with the application practice in our research group. All those studies will provide a new solution strategy for the efficient treatment of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical wastewater and serve for the treatment of water pollution.
