Abstract: This paper introduces the understanding and pathogenic characteristics of yin-fire in the past dynasties， probes into the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of pulmonary fibrosis form the yin-fire theory， and analyzes the therapeutic principles and prescription for treating yin-fire in lung.
