Abstract: The diagnosis of malignant tumor in TCM syndromes should include nature， location， state and tendency of disease. The clinical practice begins with the identification of disease's nature and location， and then the identification of disease's state and tendency， to form a complex syndrome type. The nature of disease can be identified according to the specific nature of regular pathogens. The diagnosis of disease's location and state can be based on the impairment of organ dysfunction， and the tendency of disease should be evaluated comprehensively based on the cancer poisoning and degree of injury.
