Abstract: Under the guidance of classical medical literature and modern theory research， to study the pathogenesis and root causes of consumptive lung disease， pulmonary arthralgia and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis for their etiology and pathogenesis， clinical manifestations， pathophysiology， disease progress and prognosis. It is believed that pulmonary arthralgia run through the whole process of the pathogenesis development of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis， while the consumptive lung disease is formed gradually. The treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis should consider both pulmonary arthralgia and consumptive lung disease， and treat with both attack and supplementation on the basis of syndrome differentiation.
