基于津血同源理论辨治原发性干燥综合征
Study on the Differentiation and Treatment of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome Based on the Theory of Body fluids and Blood Have the Same Origin

摘要: 以津血同源理论探析原发性干燥综合征的病因病机、诊治策略。结合津血同源理论，与原发性干燥综合征的现代医学研究相结合，指出原发性干燥综合征的病机为津血的转化及输布异常，以“燥者润之”为总治则，具体可从宣肺布津畅络、活血化瘀通络、滋阴生津润络、清热润燥和络和养阴补血几个角度辨治。<Abstract: To explore the etiology， pathogenesis， diagnosis and treatment strategy of primary sjogren's syndrome based on the theory of body fluids and blood have the same origin. Combining the theory of body fluids and blood have the same origin and modern medical researches on primary sjogren's syndrome， it is pointed that the pathogenesis of primary sjogren's syndrome are abnormalities of body fluids and blood transformation and distribution. The general treating principle is "to treat dry syndrome with moist methods"， which could be differentiated and treated from several aspects including diffusing the lung to distribute the body fluids and smooth the meridians， activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis and smooth the meridians， nourishing yin to generate body fluids and moist meridians， clearing the heat and nourishing the dryness， nourishing yin and tonifying blood.
