深度解析中药的毒性
Profound Analysis of the Toxicity of Chinese Medicine

摘要: 当前对于中药肝损伤的关注度越来越大。结合相关文献，深入探讨中药的毒性和中药所致肝损伤的相关问题，认为在中药及中成药的使用中，由于炮制、配伍、剂量和未按照中医理论合理使用等情况，导致中药肝损伤事件增加较快，但也应注意由于统计方法的原因，中药肝损伤也有被夸大的现象。应当重视中药肝损伤，但又要正确评估，在中药毒理研究、药物配伍、合理使用、加强监管等方面作出应对。<Abstract: More and more attention has been paid to Chinese medicine induced liver injury. This paper discusses the toxicity of Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine induced liver injury through the relevant literatures. It is believed that the processing， compatibility and dosage and irrational usage accelerated the increasing of Chinese medicine induced liver injury events during the application of Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine. But， it is also should be noted that there were also exaggerated phenomena in Chinese medicine induced liver injury due to the problem of statistical methods. It is put forward that we should pay attention to Chinese medicine induced liver injury and evaluate correctly. We should take strategies to cope with liver injury in many fields including Chinese medicine toxicity studying， compatibility， rational usage and enhancing supervision.
