玉泉丸对2型糖尿病肾病患者炎性细胞因子的影响

摘要: 目的 观察玉泉丸汤剂对2型糖尿病肾病（DKD）患者炎性细胞因子的影响。方法 将80例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组及治疗组各40例，对照组口服盐酸贝那普利片，每日10 mg，同时糖尿病教育，饮食控制，运动锻炼等；治疗组在基础治疗同时口服玉泉丸水煎剂，治疗2月后，观察治疗前后尿微量白蛋白（mA1b）、24 h尿总蛋白（24 hUmTP）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-1（IL-1）等的变化。结果 治疗组mA1b、24 hUmTP、TNF-α、IL-1明显下降（P<0.01），与对照组比较有显著性差异（P<0.05~0.01）。结论 玉泉丸汤剂对DKD患者具有保护作用，其机制可能与减轻炎症反应有关。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of Yuquanwan decoction on inflammatory cytokines in type 2 diabetic kidney disease(DKD). METHODS 80 cases with Type 2 diabetic kidney disease were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(40 cases) and the treatment group(40 cases). The control group was given benazepril hydrochloride tablets with 10mg per day. And health education， diet control and physical exercises were also performed. Besides the above ways of treatment， the treatment group was given Yuquanwan decoction. Changes of mA1b， 24 hUmTP， HbA1c， TNF-α and IL-1 were observed before and after the treatment. RESULTS mA1b， 24 hUmTP， HbA1c， TNF-α and IL-1 in the treatment group showed significant decrease(P<0.01) and the difference between the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05~0.01). CONCLUSION Yuquanwan decoction can decrease inflammatory cytokines， thus protecting kidney function in DKD.
