通便汤对慢传输便秘模型的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Effects of Tongbian Decoction on Slow Transit Constipation Model

  • 摘要: 目的 观察通便汤对慢传输型便秘大鼠模型的影响,探讨其通便机制。方法 随机将SD大鼠分为正常对照组及造模组。正常对照组给予蒸馏水灌胃,造模组采用泻剂结肠法造模;模型成功后,造模组大鼠随机分为模型对照组、莫沙必利组、通便汤组。在运用药物干预的第2、4、6周分别进行结肠内存留粪便粒数、碳末推进率、结肠肌电试验、结肠Cajal间质细胞(ICC)形态学观察。结果 通便汤能显著缓解功能性便秘大鼠的便秘症状,增强大鼠结肠组织的收缩幅度、促进肠蠕动,改善受损的肠组织细胞,较模型对照组具有明显优势(P<0.01)。结论 通便汤方具有确切的促进慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠传输功能的作用。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect and mechanism of Tongbian Decoction on slow transit constipation Model. METHODS SD rats were divided into normal control group and model group. Normal control group were given distilled water, while the model group was treated by laxative colon method and divided into natural recovery group, mosapride groups and Tongbian Decoction soup. After the drug intervention of 2, 4 and 6 weeks, dejection amounts in colon, the rate of carbon powder proposed, colonic electrical test and the morphological observation of colon interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) were measured. RESULTS Compared to natural recovery group,Tongbian Decoction group significantly alleviated the constipation symptoms of functional constipated rats, enhanced the contraction of colon tissue, promoted intestinal peristalsis and improved the damaged intestinal tissue cells (P<0.01). CONCLUSION Tongbian Decoction can promote the colonic transit activities of slow transit constipation model rats.
