高血压病阴虚阳亢证的基因网络研究

The Study of Gene Network of Yin Deficiency and Yang Excess Syndrome of Essential Hypertension

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨高血压病阴虚阳亢证的相关基因网络关系,为该病辨治机理提供支持。方法 搜索文献中高血压病阴虚阳亢证的相关基因,运用CYTOSCAPE进行网络构建,MCODE进行模块划分,对重要模块进行功能与通路分析。结果 高血压病阴虚阳亢证基因网络含基因最多的模块中,共有17个基因涉及血管重构、调节血管平滑肌细胞增殖和调控凋亡生物学过程,与MAPK信号通路、Toll样受体信号通路和NOD样受体信号通路相关;基因联系频数最高的是VEGFA、ACE、MAPK9。结论 VEGFA、ACE、MAPK9基因是网络中联系最为密切的基因,血管重构、MAPK信号通路分别是联系最为密切的生物功能与通路。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the gene network of yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension to support the syndrome differentiation. METHODS Genes related to yin deficiency and yang excess syndrome of essential hypertension were collected from the literatures and CYTOSCAPE was used for the network construction and MCODE for modularized analysis. After that, a functional enrichment analysis was performed to find the biological processes and pathways of the most important modules. RESULTS The modules containing most genes had 17 genes which were related to vascular remodeling, vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation regulating, apoptosis regulating, MAPK signal pathway, Toll-like receptors signal pathway and NOD-like receptors signal pathway. VEGFA, ACE and MAPK9 had the highest genetic link frequency. CONCLUSION VEGFA, ACE and MAPK9 have the strongest connection in the network. Vascular remodeling has the strongest connection with MAPK signal pathway.
