  • 摘要: 结合膜蒸馏技术的原理、特点及影响膜蒸馏效果的各因素，借鉴该技术在化学工程、食品工程等领域的应用，针对中药水提液的特性，对膜蒸馏技术应用于中药水提液浓缩工序中存在的问题进行分析。由于膜蒸馏分离系数高，在常压和低温下即可进行，该技术在中药水提取液浓缩工序中具有较好的应用前景，但影响膜过程的因素众多，必须结合分离过程中的热力学变化等机理进一步深入研究。
    Abstract: Combined with the basic concepts and the characteristics of membrane distillation process， the affecting factors of membrane distillation performances and comprehensive overview in other areas. This article gives the corresponding countermeasures to existing problems in the membrane distillation process against the complexity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) extract . Suitable membrane distillation technology has good application prospects in the enrichment process of TCM extract.
