Research of Relationship between Dosage and Efficacy of Chinese Medicines and Prescriptions and Some Speculations

摘要: 方药量效关系的现代研究是当前中医药研究领域亟待解决的关键科学问题之一。分析了中药及方剂量效关系的研究现状，从研究思路、研究方法等方面进行了思考与探讨，以期为阐明基于中医临床实践经验积累的方药量效关系的基本特征与内在规律提供参考，为中医临床规范合理用药、提高临床疗效，以及为创新中药研究与发现提供借鉴。

Abstract: This presents an analysis of the research in the relationship between dosage and efficacy of Chinese medicines and prescriptions by exploring into the research thought, research methods, etc., in an attempt to clarify the relationship between dosage and efficacy of Chinese medicines and prescriptions based on TCM clinical experience and provide evidence for rationally using Chinese drugs in the clinical practice and innovating researches of Chinese medicines.
