Abstract: This paper summarized the understanding of Zou's-three-generation experts on the "anti-adjuvant therapy" in the Internal Classic. It is believed that the anti-adjuvant therapy includes retrograde treatment， anti-adjuvant cold and heat， compatibility， medication， external treatment and processing of materia medica. Combined with the proven cases， the paper introduced the application principles and experience of anti-adjuvant therapy in the actual clinical trial process.
