Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To judge the chemoecotype of Ping Zhu from the northeast of Chongqing and provide a scientific basis for the clinical use and the quality evaluation of Ping Zhu. METHODS GC-MS was used to determine samples of Ping Zhu and Atractylodis rhizoma from different sources. Data were processed with SIMCA 14.1 software and SPSS19.0 software for pattern recognition analysis. The MSSS spectrum base and standard were used to identify the main compounds. RESULTS The Ping Zhu from the northeast of Chongqing was confirmed as Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC. It was consistent with the results of the plant morphological classification. 17 key compounds affecting the chemoecotype of Atractylodis rhizoma were identified. CONCLUSION The chemoecotype of Ping Zhu belongs to the type of Atractylodes lancea (Thunb.) DC, and they have similar qualities.
