天然中药单体及衍生物调控miRNAs抗非小细胞肺癌的作用机制研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Mechanisms of Natural Chinese Medicine Monomer and Its Derivatives by MiRNAs Regulation

  • 摘要: 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是目前对人类健康威胁最大的恶性肿瘤之一,亟待探索新型的抗癌疗法。随着对天然中药抗癌活性研究的不断深入,天然中药单体及衍生物在调控NSCLC细胞生长、增殖、侵袭、迁移、药敏性等方面的miRNAs研究越来越受到关注。就天然中药单体及衍生物调控miRNAs抑制NSCLC的最新进展做一综述,旨在为NSCLC药物的研发提供新的思路和参考。

     

    Abstract: Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is one of the most serious threats to human beings. There is an urgent need to develop new anti-cancer therapies. With the deepening of the research on the anticancer activity of natural Chinese medicine, miRNAs research on the growth, proliferation, invasion, migration and drug sensitivity of NSCLC cells by regulation of natural Chinese medicine monomer and its derivatives has been paid more and more attention. This paper gives an overview of the latest research progress on the anti-NSCLC effects of natural medicine components and derivatives via miRNAs regulation, which aims to provide new ideas and references for the development of NSCLC drugs.
