Abstract: Metabolomics aims at qualitative and quantitative analysis of the endogenous metabolites and organism response law of inside and outside factors. Cellular metabolomics is an emerging field of metabolomics in recent years. It's widely used in the study of disease mechanism， pharmacology， toxicology and has obtained a series of achievements. This review outlines the progress of methodology in cellular metabolomics and its application in the field of medicine.
