摘要: 基于辩证思维探讨了周仲瑛教授对流行性出血热的病机辨治方法。并从执简驭繁，紧扣基本病机；知常达变，重在活化辨证；反证求真，善于以效纠偏等三个方面对周老的病机辨证思路进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract: To explore the methods of professor ZHOU Zhongying for syndrome differentiation of epidemic hemorrhagic fever based on dialectical thinking. The following three aspects as simplifing the basic pathogenesis by removing complications， recognizing the convention and being adaptable to changing circumstances by activating the syndrome differentiation， seeking for the truth through proof by contradiction and digging out the theory defect via therapeutic effects exploration are cited to analyze and explore the dialectical thinking of professor ZHOU Zhongying.
