镰形棘豆HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要: 目的 建立镰形棘豆的指纹图谱。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱,色谱条件为Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长:284 nm;柱温:30 ℃。运用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版(国家药典委员会)进行分析。结果 构建了镰形棘豆药材的高效液相指纹图谱。结论 该方法准确,快捷,重现性好,可作为镰形棘豆药材的质控方法。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish fingerprint chromatograms of Oxytropis falcata by HPLC.METHODS Analysis was performed on a Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The similarities of the eleven batches of O. falcata from different origin were calculated over 0.9 by analyzing eight common peaks in the fingerprint.CONCLUSION This method is repeatable, accurate, precise and stable and can be used for identification and evaluation of O. falcata.
