Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish fingerprint chromatograms of Oxytropis falcata by HPLC.METHODS Analysis was performed on a Kromasil C
18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid water solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS The similarities of the eleven batches of O. falcata from different origin were calculated over 0.9 by analyzing eight common peaks in the fingerprint.CONCLUSION This method is repeatable, accurate, precise and stable and can be used for identification and evaluation of O. falcata.
