Study of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure from the View of Water

摘要: 慢性充血性心力衰竭证候纷杂，辨证标准尚未统一，尽管表现不一，但总缘水湿。认为慢性充血性心力衰竭病机在于阳虚水停，上凌于心。“水”贯穿病机演变过程，也是主要病理因素。因此，从水论治，则可化繁为简。

Abstract: The syndrome of heart failure is very numerous and disordered， and there is no clearly distribution of syndrome types. However， although there are different syndromes， they all connected with water dampness. The mechanism of chronic congestive heart failure lies on yang deficiency and water retention， bad water circulation and disturbance to the heart. The water metabolism disorder forms water evil. Water is the key factor throughout the whole mechanism process. So treating from the perspective of water can help and make hard things simple.
