病机的主体地位及其构建过程是中医学的核心内涵
Commonly-used Compatibility of Medicines with the Function of Promoting Blood Circulation for Removing Blood Stasis and Its Clinical Application in Treating Cancer

摘要: 分析了当前的中医药发展形势，指出真正制约中医药事业发展的瓶颈并非物质条件，而是某些中医从业人员学术指导思想的异化；由此认识到针对中医学的基本属性和内涵开展讨论，以正本清源是十分必要的。中医学内涵的核心就是病机的主体地位及其构建过程。分析了病机的核心价值及其学术基础，这一基础的实质是基于发生学的东方文化的系统属性，它与当代的系统科学——复杂适应系统理论（Complex Adaptive Systems Theory）具有内在的一致性。Abstract: This paper is to discuss the compatibility principles and its clinical application in treating cancer of commonly-used medicines with the function of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis. The paper explained and analyzed the compatibility principles to remove blood stasis， namely eliminating phlegm， detoxification， regulating qi， dispelling cold， removing dampness， purgation， hemostasis， expelling wind， reinforcing qi to transform to yang and nourishing yin etc.
