Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Puerarin, paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid in Xiao'er Zhixie granule.METHODS The analysis was carried out on a C
18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column; the mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous for gradient elution(26︰74~81︰19). The flow rate was(0.8~1.0) mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 239 nm.RESULTS The results showed that 3 effective components all separated well and showed good linearity, the average recoveries were between 95%~105%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and can be used to determine the above 3 components with satisfactory accuracy and repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of Fufang Zhixie granule.
