Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the dynamic accumulation of the volatile ingredient of folium perillae, and to provide scientific basis for its best time of the collection.METHODS HSGC/MS methods were used to analysis the volatile ingredients of folium perillae collected in different time and peak area normalization method was used to determine the relevant percentage composition of each ingredients. 10 active ingredients were used as target, and their dynamic changes were observed at the same time.RESULTS 52 ingredients were separated and identified initially, and among them, 20 ingredients were exists the whole stages. In different growing stages, the volatile ingredients accumulation of folium perillae follows certain rules.CONCLUSION The highest peak value of folium perillae volatile ingredients accumulation corresponds to the traditional picking time.
