针药对干眼兔模型泪液分泌及泪腺中乙酰胆碱含量的影响
Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine on Tear Secretion and Acetylcholine Content in Dry Eye Rabbit Model

摘要: 目的 通过观察针刺及中药对于干眼兔模型泪液分泌量及泪腺中乙酰胆碱含量的变化,探讨针刺和中药治疗干眼的作用机制。方法 新西兰白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、针刺组、中药组及针药组5组,每组各10只。空白组不作任何治疗。模型组双眼滴1%硫酸阿托品滴眼液,每日4次,直至试验结束。其余组干眼实验动物模型制作成功开始,分别用针刺,中药及针药结合对其治疗,不同时段观察各组干眼兔模型泪液分泌及泪腺中乙酰胆碱的含量的变化。结果 针刺、中药以及针刺结合中药均可以提高干眼兔模型泪液分泌量,实验第10、17天针药组泪腺中乙酰胆碱的含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05),差异有显著性。结论 针刺与润目灵结合能明显促进泪腺中乙酰胆碱含量,从而促进干眼泪液分泌。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the curative mechanism of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for dry eye syndrome by observing the changes of tear secretion and tear ducts acetylcholine content in the rabbit model. METHODS New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into the blank group, model group, acupuncture group, Chinese medicine and acupuncture and Chinese medicine group (10 rats in each group). Patients in the blank group did not receive any treatment. Model group was treated with eyes drops of 1% atropine sulfate eye drops (four times a day until the end of the trial). The remaining group was treated with acupuncture, Chinese medicine and combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine respectively. The lacrimal tear secretion and acetylcholine in each group at different stages were observed. RESULTS Acupuncture, Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine can improve tear secretion in dry eye rabbit model. In the 10th and 17th day of the experiment, the lachrymal acetylcholine levels in acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine group were significantly higher than those of the model group (P<0.05), and there was significant difference. CONCLUSION Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine runmuling can obviously promote the Ach secretion of lacrimal gland and increase tear secretion.
