三叶青抗慢性肝损伤实验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Dieis et Gilg in Treating Chronic Hepatic Damage

摘要: 目的观察三叶青对慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法CCl4反复多次给药,造成大鼠慢性肝损伤,检测造模动物血清ALT、AST、HA、LN、T-Bili、TP、ALB水平及A/G。结果三叶青可降低造模大鼠血清ALT、AST、HA、LN及T-Bili水平,抑制造模动物血清TP、ALB水平及A/G的下降和提高大鼠存活率。结论三叶青具有良好的保肝降酶及抗肝纤维化作用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg.in treating chronic hepatic damage.METHOD Rat chronic hepatic damage was caused by repeated administration of CCl4,which was used to detect ALT,AST,HA,LN,T-Bili,TP,ALB and A/C levels.RESULT Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg could reduce the ALT,AST,HA,LN,and T-Bili levels in rat serum,inhibit TP, ALB and A/C levels and increase rat survival rate.CONCLUSION Tetrastigma Hemsleyanum Diels et Gilg has satisfactory effect to protect the liver,reduce minopherase level and prevent liver fibrosis.
