Abstract: This paper deals with the experimental methods and features with oral absorption models and the application of these methods in recent years. The authors believe that the research in oral absorption of Chinese drugs can not only provide scientific bases for plans of the Chinese drug oral preparation forms and quality control, but also scientifically enunciate the regularities in drug combination in compound prescriptions, thus providing useful exploration for the modemization of Chinese medicine and pharmacology.
