Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of versulin on the recovery of the function of ischemic retina of rats.METHOD Thirty rat retina ischemia models were made by artery ligation,divided into a treatment group of 20 rats treated with injected versulin and a control group of 10 rats treated with injected DMSO.Visual electric physiograph was used to examine the recovery of the function of retina.RESULT The retina function recovery in the treatment group was markedly more satisfactory than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Versulin can promote the recovery of the function of ischemic retina of rats.
