经血舒颗粒治疗功能性子宫出血的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study on Treatment of Functional Uterine Bleeding with Jingxueshu Granule

  • 摘要: 目的通过药效学试验验证经血舒颗粒与临床主治功效有关的作用。方法观察经血舒颗粒对热板引起的小鼠后足疼痛反应;经血舒颗粒对大鼠血清中的雌二醇(E2)含量和孕酮(P)含量的影响;经血舒颗粒对在体小鼠子宫平滑肌兴奋性的改变;观察经血舒颗粒对正常小鼠断尾出血时间的变化;经血舒颗粒对寒凝所致“血瘀证”模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果经血舒颗粒低、中、高3个剂量组可抑制热板引起的小鼠后足疼痛反应,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.05、P<0.01);经血舒颗粒高、中、低3个剂量组均能提高大鼠血清中的雌二醇(E2)含量,其中高剂量组、低剂量组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);经血舒颗粒可以提高血清中孕酮的含量,但与对照组比较无显著性差异;经血舒颗粒高、中、低3个剂量组均可增加子宫平滑肌收缩幅度,与缩宫素有协同作用,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01、P<0.05);经血舒颗粒高、中、低3个剂量组可降低全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、血浆比黏度,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论经血舒颗粒具有镇痛、镇静、收缩子宫平滑肌、止血、活血、化瘀等作用。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To carry out experimental verification on related functions of Jingxueshu Granule.METHOD Observations were made on the effect of Jingxueshu Granule on mice claw pain,the contents of aquadiol and corporin in the serum of rats,the excitability of the smooth muscle of mice uterus,the tail-cutting bleeding time of normal mice and the blood rheology of model rats.RESULT Jingxueshu Granule at low,medium and high dosages could inhibit mice claw pain caused by hot plate,with marked difference as compared with the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Jingxueshu Granule at low,medium and high dosages could increase the content of aquadiol,with marked difference as compared with the model group(P<0.01).Jingxueshu Granule could increase the content of serum corporin,but with no marked difference as compared with the model group.Jingxueshu Granule at low, medium and high dosages could increase the contraction of uterus smooth muscle and can be used in combination with oxytocin,with marked difference as compared with the blank control group(P<0.01,P<(0.05)).Jingxueshu Granule at low,medium and high dosages could reduce whole blood viscosity and plasma specific viscosity,with marked difference as compared with the model group(P<0.01,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Jingxueshu Granule has analgesic and tranquilizing effect and can promote uterine smooth muscle contraction,arrest blood,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
