脑瘤克胶囊对荷瘤鼠免疫器官及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Naoliuke Capsule on Immune Organs and Blood Rheology of Tumor-bearing Mice and Rat

  • 摘要: 目的探讨脑瘤克胶囊对荷瘤鼠免疫器官及血液流变学的影响。方法采用ICR小鼠复制肉瘤S180模型,观察脑瘤克胶囊对荷瘤鼠脾脏、胸腺质量及脾指数、胸腺指数的影响;采用SD大鼠接种W256瘤细胞后观察脑瘤克胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响。结果脑瘤克各剂量组对荷瘤鼠脾脏、胸腺质量及脾指数、胸腺指数均无明显影响,与模型组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);脑瘤克大、中剂量组均可降低全血黏度值,血浆黏度值、红细胞压积和红细胞最大聚集指数,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑瘤克胶囊对肉瘤S180小鼠免疫器官无显著影响,能改善移植性肿瘤W256模型大鼠血液流变学指标,提示其有较好的活血化瘀作用。

     

    Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Naoliuke Capsule on immune organs and blood rheology of tumor-bearing mice.METHOD Observation was made on the effect of Naoliuke Capsule on the weight of the spleen and thymus of tumorbearing mice and the spleen and thymus indexes using sarcoma S180 model,and on changes of rat blood rheology using W256 tumor cells.RESULT Naoliuke Capsule at different dosages had no marked effect on the weight of the spleen and thymus of tumor-bearing mice and the spleen and thymus indexes,with no statistical significance as compared with the model group(P>0.05).Medium and large dosages of the capsule could reduce whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,volume of packed red blood cells and maximum agglutination of red blood cells,with marked difference as compared with the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).CONCLUSION Naoliuke Capsule has no marked effect on the immune organs of sarcoma S180 model,but can improve blood rheology index of transplanted tumor W256 model rats,suggesting its good effect to activate blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
