通络宁心口服液治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris with Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid

摘要: 目的对通络宁心口服液治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的疗效及安全性作出评价。方法将55例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组:治疗组为31例,用通络宁心口服液,每次20 mL,8 h 1次;对照组24例,给予复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,每日3次,疗程1个月。结果通络宁心口服液的总有效率为58.06%和对照组的58.33%相近,显效率为19.35%,优于对照组的8.89%;起效时间、症状改善、心功能改善均优于对照组。结论通络宁心口服液治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效显著,是一种安全有效、可解除心肌缺血、缓解心绞痛的中药制剂。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect and safety of Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.METHOD Fifty-five patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: a treatment group of 31 patients treated with Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid,and a control group of 24 patients treated with Compound Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Drop Pill for a month.RESULT The total effective rate of Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid was 58.06%,which is similar to 58.33% found in the control group,but the markedly effective rate was 19.35%,which is much higher than 8.89% in the control group.The oral liquid is also more satisfactory in the improvement of symptoms and heart function.CONCLUSION Tongluo Ningxin Oral Liquid is safe and markedly effective in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris and can relieve myocardial ischemia.
