Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yangxinshi Tablet in the treatment of arrhythmia of patients with coronary heart disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis.METHOD 70 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 40 patients,treated with Yangxinshi Tablet(4 tablets at a time,3 times a day),and a control group of 30 patients,treated with propafenone(150 mg at a time,3 times a day).The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.RESULT After the treatment,it was found that the total effective rate and markedly effective rate in treating atrial premature beats in the treatment group were markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),while there was no marked difference between the two groups in the treatment of premature ventricular contraction(P>0.05).The total effective rate and markedly effective rate in the treatment group were 90% and 56.6% respectively,with marked difference from the control group(P<0.01). CONCLUSION Yangxinshi Tablet used in differential diagnosis and treatment is more effective than propafenone,with better symptom improvement.
