雷公藤药材存贮期间成分变化的研究

A Study on Component Changes of Radix Tripterygii during Its Storage

摘要: 目的研究雷公藤药材中活性成分之一雷公藤甲素的稳定性。方法以甲醇-水为流动相,采用HPLC梯度洗脱法,测定了雷公藤药材的根、枝、叶中雷公藤甲素在不同存贮期的含量。结果雷公藤甲素在雷公藤药材中的含量随着存贮时间的增长而下降。结论雷公藤甲素在雷公藤药材中有不稳定现象存在。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To investigate into the stability of triptolide,one of the active components of Radix Tripterygii.METHOD HPLC gradient elution method was used with methanol-water as the mobile phase to determine the contents of triptolide in its root,branch and leaf at different periods of its storage.RESULT Triptolide content decreased with the increase of time of its storage.CONCLUSION Triptolide content in Radix Tripterygii is not constant during its storage.
