Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish the technique conditions for extracting resveratrol from amur grape vines.METHOD Studies were conducted on the effect of different extraction methods on the results of extraction,with the extraction rate of resveratrol and the content solid substances in the extract as the indexes.RESULT Though its extradionrateis lower,but SFE method required relatively less solvent and low content of solid substances.CONCLUSION SFE method can be used as the method for extracting resveratrol from amur grape vines,but its optional extration technique londitions are depended on further research.
