论养阴生津法治疗中老年血栓性疾病

摘要: 中医理论认为,血栓性疾病的病理实质是瘀血阻滞脉络。从养阴生津以调畅血行立论,围绕阴液亏虚与瘀血形成的关系,提出对中老年人高发的血栓性疾病的治疗,应注重养阴生津法的运用。强调养阴护脉、行血散瘀是虚实并治的积极疗法。在临床运用中,必须以寒凉濡润、滋养灵动、补而不滞为原则,并应酌情配伍活血益气以协同增效。

Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine holds that the pathogenesis of thrombosis is blood stasis obstructing blood vessels.In this paper,the author puts forwards the view that in treating thrombosis in the middle-aged and the elderly,attention should be paid to the application of the method of nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid.Emphasis should be laid on nourishing yin,protecting vessels,promoting blood circulation and dispersing stasis.In clinical practice,it is advisable to use drugs that are cool,nourishing and tonifying,together with those for activating blood circulation and invigorating qi.
