糖尿病肾病相关中医病名考辨

Textual Research on TCM Disease Names Related to Diabetic Nephropathy

摘要: 基于古今文献,结合临床实际,对糖尿病肾病相关中医病名进行了辨析。指出糖尿病肾病与“肾消”关系密切,临床期以水肿为主证者,可诊断为“消渴病.水肿”,而糖尿病肾病肾功能不全者,则相当于中医“消渴病.肾劳”,糖尿病肾病晚期肾衰尿毒症者,则为“消渴病.关格”,总属“消渴病肾病”范畴。

Abstract: This paper presents textual research done on the TCM disease names related to diabetic nephropathy,based on available literature and clinical experience.The authors point out that diabetic nephropathy is closely related to "kidney consumption",which,if manifested by edema,can be diagnosed as "diabetes-edema";diabetic nephropathy with insufficiency of kidney function can be called "diabetes-kidney exhaustion";diabetic nephropathy at the late stage with kidney failure and uremia can be called "diabetes-obstruction and rejection".
