中西医结合治疗中重度反流性食管炎46例

Treatment of 46 Cases of Moderately Severe Reflux Esophagitis with Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

摘要: 目的观察中西医结合治疗中重度反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法采用随机临床观察法,服用西药埃索美拉唑加中药旋覆代赭汤加减治疗中重度反流性食管炎46例,与单用埃索美拉唑40例进行疗效比较。结果2组治疗后症状均改善,组间比P>0.05,但中西医结合组治愈率及控制复发率(82.6%、5.88%),明显优于对照组(62.5%、28.1%),P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗中重度反流性食管炎有很好的疗效。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of moderately severe reflux esophagitis. METHOD Random clinical observation method was used. The 46 patients were treated with Chinese medicine Xuanfu Daihe Decoction and western medicine esomeprazole, compared with 40 patients treated with only esomeprazole. RESULT Both groups showed some improvement, with a ratio of P < 0.05. But the cure rate and recurrence control rate in the combined treatment group was 82.6% and 5.88%, which were markedly satisfactory than 62.5 % in the control group ( P < 0.05). CONCLUSION The combined method is quite effective for moderately severe reflux esophagitis.
