Abstract: Based on an retrospect of the achievements in the construction of the specialty of traditional Chinese pharmaceutics in the past four years, the authors emphasize the necessity of the development of the specialty with time, the construction of potential strength of the specialty, the promotion of the academic level of the specialty to lead the development of related specialties and constant increase of the comprehensive ability in teaching and scientific research of our school.
