环磷酰胺诱导骨髓抑制的机制及中医药干预策略研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Cyclophosphamide-Induced Myelosuppression and Intervention Strategies with Traditional Chinese Medicine

  • 摘要: 环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CTX)作为临床抗肿瘤治疗的核心药物,在自身免疫性疾病及移植物抗宿主病防治中持续发挥重要作用。然而,其骨髓抑制作用引发的造血功能障碍,不仅严重威胁患者生存质量及临床治疗效果,更易对免疫系统造成破坏、提升感染风险,从而进一步威胁患者生命健康。深入阐明CTX的作用机制并开发精准干预策略,不仅能减轻CTX骨髓抑制副作用,更能通过改善机体来提升治疗效益。本文总结了CTX诱导骨髓抑制机制的最新研究进展,并围绕中医药干预方案总结了具有缓解CTX骨髓抑制潜力的药物。这些研究将为改善CTX骨髓抑制副作用提供干预思路和策略。

     

    Abstract: Cyclophosphamide (CTX), as a core drug in clinical antitumor therapy, continues to play an important role in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and the prevention and management of graft-versus-host disease. However, the hematopoietic dysfunction caused by the myelosuppressive effects of CTX not only severely compromises patients' quality of life and clinical therapeutic outcomes, but also readily causes damage to the immune system, increases the risk of infection, and thus further threatens patients' life and health. In-depth elucidation of the mechanisms of CTX action and the development of precise intervention strategies can not only alleviate the side effects of CTX, but also enhance therapeutic benefits by improving the body's overall condition. This article summarizes the latest research progress on the mechanisms of CTX-induced myelosuppression, and reviews traditional Chinese medicine intervention regimens with potential for alleviating CTX-induced myelosuppression. These studies will provide intervention ideas and strategies for ameliorating the myelosuppressive side effects of CTX.
