连翘来源的黄酮化合物抗呼吸道病毒的研究进展

Research Progress of Flavonoids Derived from Forsythia against Respiratory Viruses

  • 摘要: 呼吸道病毒具有高变异特性和高免疫逃逸特性,始终是全球公共卫生的重大挑战。目前,天然产物因其多靶点调节、高安全性等优势逐渐受到关注,在抗病毒、抗炎和免疫调节等方面展现出独特优势。连翘是木樨科连翘属的落叶灌木,几乎每个部位都具有药用价值。黄酮是连翘中最主要的生物活性成分之一。本文综述了连翘的药用功效、各部位黄酮的成分及结构分类,基于中药“整体观”重点探讨了连翘来源的黄酮类化合物在病毒靶向、免疫调节、炎症抑制、病毒感染后综合征四方面抗呼吸道病毒的机制,同时分析其临床应用优势和转化策略,为进一步在临床实践中开发新的天然产物和治疗药物提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Respiratory viruses, characterized by high mutation rates and strong immune evasion, remain a significant global public health challenge. Natural products have gained increasing attention due to their multi-target modulation and high safety profiles, demonstrating unique advantages in antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and immunoregulatory applications. Forsythia, a deciduous shrub of the Oleaceae family, possesses medicinal value in nearly all its parts, with flavonoids being among its most prominent bioactive components. This review provides a comprehensive summary of the botanical characteristics and traditional medicinal uses of Forsythia, the composition and structural classification of flavonoids from different parts of the plant, and its clinical applications. Building on the "holistic view" of traditional Chinese medicine, this review primarily discusses the antiviral mechanisms of Forsythia-derived flavonoids in four key aspects: viral targeting, immune regulation, inflammation suppression, and post-viral syndrome.Additionally, it analyzes its clinical application advantages and translational strategies, providing a basis for further development of new natural products and therapeutic drugs in clinical practice.
