Abstract: The traditional evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) academic achievements mostly relies on superficial data such as citation measurement, which cannot fully reveal the inheritance and innovation level of TCM academic achievements, cultural thoughts and the deep value of overall medical science. Therefore, this paper explores a new evaluation model of TCM academic achievements based on digital intelligence technology, broadens the vision of TCM academic achievement evaluation, and through multi-source data fusion and text semantic analysis, from the dimension of "knowledge element", finely evaluates TCM academic thoughts, improves the scientific nature of TCM academic achievement evaluation, better reveals the inheritance context and innovation of TCM academic achievements, enables TCM academic achievements to better guide the high-quality development of TCM health service industry, and enhances its competitiveness in Chinese-style health medicine under globalization.
