  • 摘要: 中医药现代化已取得了一定的进展,而当前诊疗标准不统一、分子机制复杂及安全性证据不足等限制了其现代化的进程。微流控凭借精准流体控制与仿生微环境构建能力,为中医药研究提供了新的解决方案,类器官和器官芯片技术以微流控为载体,通过多器官互联模型为中医药理论可视化、药效物质发现、作用机制解析及毒性评价提供技术支撑,为解析中医药理论提供了创新平台,推动中药研究从经验分析转向系统化、动态化模拟,为中医药国际化及精准医学转型服务。

     

    Abstract: Although significant progress has been made in the modernization of Chinese medicine, the current challenges, including inconsistent diagnostic and treatment standards, complex molecular mechanisms, and insufficient safety evidence, have significantly restricted its modernization process. Microfluidic technology provides a new solution for Chinese medicine research with its ability to precisely control fluids and construct bionic microenvironments. Organoid and organ-on-a-chip technologies use microfluidic technology as carriers to provide technical support for the visualization of Chinese medicine theory, discovery of pharmacological substances, analysis of action mechanisms, and toxicity evaluation through multi-organ interconnection models. These technological breakthroughs provide an innovative platform for analyzing Chinese medicine theory, driving Chinese medicine research from empirical analysis to systematic and dynamic simulations, providing crucial technical support for Chinese medicine internationalization and precision medicine transformation.
