摘要: 哮喘是常见的慢性呼吸道疾病，具有反复发作、迁延难愈的特点。中医学认为宿根的形成是哮喘反复发病的核心病机，通过对宿根理论进行溯源，总结古代哮喘宿根理论内涵、现代医家学者对哮喘宿根的创新认识，探讨中医宿根理论与现代哮喘发病机制的潜在联系，以期为哮喘治疗及研究提供新思路、新方法。

Abstract: Asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease characterized by repeated attacks and prolonged illness. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the formation of Sugen is the core pathogenesis of repeated asthma attacks. By tracing the origin of Sugen theory, summarizing the connotation of ancient asthma Sugen theory and the innovative understanding of modern medical scholars on asthma Sugen, this paper explores the potential connection between the traditional Chinese medicine Sugen theory and the pathogenesis of modern asthma, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment and research of asthma.
