苓桂术甘汤运化并举干预β淀粉样蛋白代谢研究思路刍议

Discussion on Research Ideas of Intervention of β-Amyloid Metabolism with Linggui Zhugan Decoction to Regulate Spleen's Governing Transportation and Transformation

  • 摘要: 脑内过多的β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)清除主要通过自噬-溶酶体系统、星形胶质细胞分泌的蛋白酶、小胶质细胞吞噬作用进行降解清除, 还可通过血脑屏障和/或脑淋巴引流系统转运排出, 脾主运化功能在Aβ降解和转运过程中起着重要作用。大量实验证据表明, 温脾化饮法的代表方苓桂术甘汤可能影响Aβ代谢途径的关键结构和功能。在阐述Aβ代谢途径相关机制及分析苓桂术甘汤药理作用的基础上, 探讨苓桂术甘汤“运化并举”实现Aβ清除的科学内涵, 以期开拓中医治疗阿尔茨海默病的思路。

     

    Abstract: The clearance of excessive β-amyloid (Aβ) in the brain is mainly degraded and cleared by autophagy lysosomal system, protease secreted by astrocytes and phagocytosis of microglia. It can also be transported and discharged through blood-brain barrier or brain lymphatic drainage system. The function of spleen in regulating transportation and transformation Aβ metabolism plays an important role. Many experimental evidence shows that Linggui Zhugan decoction, the representative of Wenpi Huayin method, may affect Aβ structures and functions of metabolic related pathways. This paper discusses the scientific connotation transportation and transformation for clear Aβ based on the mechanism of Aβ metabolic pathway and the analysis of the pharmacological effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction, in order to explore the idea of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
