Abstract: Professor Zhou Zhongying's experience in the differentiation treatment of tumors was reviewed from the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin, and the dialectical relationship between "supporting the healthy energy, tonifying the deficiency" and "fighting against cancer and detoxifying" was elaborated. We proposed a tumor treating strategy with fighting against cancer and detoxifying as the core treatment, supplemented by strengthening the spleen and stomach to support the healthy energy. According to the pathogenic characteristics that the healthy energy is prone to cancer toxin, it is suggested that special attention should be paid to the application of the treatment method and related formulas to benefit qi and nourish yin in supporting the healthy energy combined with tonifying the deficiency, which can provide guidance and reference for clinical anti-tumor treatment.
