Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint and the determination of multi-component content of Wendan Decoction, so as to provide reference for its quality control.
METHODS Wendan Decoction was prepared according to the decoction method recorded in ancient books. Using Waters X-Bridge C
18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5
μm) for gradient elution with acetonitrile -0.1% formic acid aqueous solution, and the volume flow was 1 mL·min
-1, the detection wavelength was 310 nm. The HPLC fingerprint of Wendan Decoction was established, the characteristic peaks were assigned, and 11 components were analyzed quantitatively.
RESULTS The fingerprint of Wendan Decoction was established, 25 common peaks were demarcated, and 11 components were identified by reference substance. The similarity of each batch of samples was greater than 0.95.
CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of Wendan Decoction and provide reference for the formulation of quality evaluation methods such as classical prescription.
