Abstract: As characteristic components of traditional Chinese medicine, the application of metal mineral Chinese medicine has a history of thousand years. This article summarizes the research on the components, flavor and meridian tropism, clinical application, pharmacological research, and processing of metal mineral medicines, aiming to provide references for its further development and utilization, inquiry of material basis and mechanism of action research.
