Abstract: The liver system mainly includes the liver and its associated organs and tissues such as the gallbladder, eyes, tendon, claw, liver meridian, and gallbladder meridian. Through collecting the clinical epidemiological data of the liver system, the authors referred to the ancient Chinese medical classics and experts' opinions, systematically summarized and standardized the location and nature characteristic symptoms of the disease, the common basic and compound patterns of the liver system in clinical practice, thus providing a reference for the diagnosis of the disease and syndrome of the liver system.
