Abstract: The supramolecular phenomenon in the decoction has attracted more and more attention, and has become a research hotspot in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). This paper reviewed the research progress of supramolecular phenomenon in TCM decoction in recent years. Taking Maxing Shigan decoction(MXSGT) as an example, the reasons of its anti-virus activity were proposed from the perspective of supramolecular, which provided new ideas for studying the relationship between supramolecular structure and efficacy of TCM decoction.
