荷丹调脂方对小鼠脂质代谢的影响

摘要: 目的 研究荷丹调脂方对高脂血症小鼠血浆脂质代谢异常的调节作用。方法 通过高效液相-二维线性离子阱高分辨静电场组合质谱仪(UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap XL)的脂质组学研究方法,考察药物干预对脂质代谢的影响,寻找潜在生物标志物,探讨荷丹调脂方调节脂代谢的作用途径。结果 正常组、模型组、荷丹调脂方组血浆脂质谱明显分离。鉴定了血浆中与荷丹调脂方影响的11种生物标志物,主要包括磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、溶血磷脂酰胆碱(LysoPC)和甘油三酯(TG)。荷丹调脂方干预对部分异常脂质代谢具有明显的改善作用。结论 荷丹调脂方能有效缓解高脂饮食诱导的磷脂酰胆碱、溶血磷脂酰胆碱和甘油三酯代谢紊乱,表明荷丹调脂方调血脂的作用机制可能与调节这些代谢途径有关。Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the regulatory effect of Hedan Tiaozhi Recipe on abnormal plasma lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia mice. METHODS By using UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap XL, the effect of drug intervention on lipid metabolizer group was investigated, potential biomarkers were searched, and the action way of Hedan Tiaozhi Recipe in regulating lipid metabolism was explored. RESULTS Mass spectrometry of plasma lipids of normal group, model group and Hedan Tiaozhi Recipe group were all significantly separated. 11 biomarkers were identified in the plasma, mainly including phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine and triglycerideincluding phosphatidylcholine. The intervention of Hedan Tiaozhi Recipe significantly improved some abnormal lipid metabolism. CONCLUSION Hedan Tiaozhi Recipe can effectively alleviate the metabolism disorder of phosphatidylcholine, lysophosphatidylcholine and triglyceride induced by high-fat diet, which indicated that the mechanism of Hedan capsule regulating blood lipid may be related to the regulation of these metabolic pathways.
